- Disabilities, Opportunities, Internetworking and Technology (DO-IT):
DO-IT serves to increase the successful participation of individuals with disabilities in challenging academic programs and careers such as those in science, engineering, mathematics, and technology. DO-IT is a collaboration of Computing & Communications and the Colleges of Engineering and Education at the University of Washington.
- Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI):
WAI, in coordination with organizations around the world, pursues accessibility of the Web through five primary areas of work: technology, guidelines, tools, education and outreach, and research and development.
- The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C):
Develops interoperable technologies (specifications, guidelines, software, and tools) to lead the Web to its full potential. W3C is a forum for information, commerce, communication, and collective understanding.
